The Harbor Beach Project was a $50M upgrade to the existing Atlantic City Electric infrastructure, including the installation of two new 69/12kV 56MVA LTC transformers and the construction of a new semi-indoor substation with a 69kV GIS ring bus, 12kV breaker-and-a-half switchgear, all relaying and controls, and all auxiliary equipment.  The project also required the installation of three miles of new dual circuit new 69kV underground transmission lines and two miles of 69kV overhead transmission lines from Brigantine to Atlantic City, NJ.
