JINGOLI Power won the onshore civil and cable project for Ocean Wind 1 Peck Bay. The 275kVAC underground XLPE transmission line originates at the transition joint bay in 35th Street right-of-way in Ocean City, New Jersey. The transmission line runs via the street duct bank system through Ocean City and terminates at the former BL England Plant site. Design and construction of the underground duct and cable system included ten (10) vaults, seven (7) miles of urban open cut ductbank installation, a 790-foot horizontal directional drill (HDD), and one (1) transition joint bay. JPOW scope includes full Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) responsibilities for the onshore underground transmission ductbank and cable system.
