Newark Switch – PSE&G

Engineering, procurement, and construction of a four new-bay, breaker-and-a-half GIS indoor substation designed to 345kV and operate at 138kV. In a densely urban populated area, this project included cutover, retirement, and eventual demolition of the existing switchyard facilities. As General Contractor, JPOW provided Construction Management, Material Management, and Site Control for all construction as part of the project.
