Over a (5) year period, JPOW assisted Duke Energy with Material Management on the $6 Billion Capital spending program for Carolina’s electrical grid (CGIP).  This program also provided infrastructure to support the rollout of 5G small-wave cell sites across the Carolinas.  JPOW, in concert with Duke Energy, developed a Distributed Material Management Strategy to support CGIP efforts that have since expanded to cover Duke territories in Florida and Indiana.  The strategy has three main components which are as follows:

• Embedded Personnel (Central Function)
• Procurement of Materials (Central Function)
• Hybrid Operations Centers (HOC’s)
